Family Support Worker

My name is Corinne Wincikaby and I work on the matachewan First Nation for Kunuwanimano Child and Family Services.

As a Family Support Worker I provide individual services by conducting in-take and assessment and then direct to proper challens to ensure member's needs are met. I also develop a plan of action to organize partnerships with cliends and other service providers. I refer clients to appropriate service providers and advocate on their behalf, counsel clients and gather data for statistical purposes. I also attend work related training sessions, workshops and meetings as requested by my supervisor.
