Objectives

Provide career assessment and counseling to prospective training participants and provide educational, training, work experience and interventions.

Identify and develop a training plan for candidates who have the interest and ability to move into supervisory, management positions and mentoring roles.

Provide permanent job placements as well as retention and advancement programs to active participants over the life of the project.

Who Qualifies

Individuals of Aboriginal Ancestry who meet the requirements. Individuals who are unemployed or underemployed. Must be 18 years or over to participate.
